Order and history of changes search

Menu > Orders > Order list

This function enables to search all the orders registered by the system (i.e. from the second part of 2007). You will find Order fulfillments and even the orders, which have just been inserted. Specify restricting choice criteria in Lookup form and click on Search.

Next to the fields, where is supposed to insert the date, a calendar icon is displayed. By clicking on the icon a help tool to set the date will appear.

You can move forward or backward in months or years by using buttons on the top part of the calendar.

Order statement

After the Lookup form is sent, portal shows orders matching the lookup criteria setup.

On the right part of the statement you will find, as on the Notice board, Order ratings and links for other actions which are available to be executed together with the particular order. Table shows just as many orders as User default. For displaying other pages of the statement use navigational buttons under. Single numbers represent pages of the statement and at the sides you will find buttons for moving forward, backward, to the first or the last page of the statement. You will also find the information about total number of records which are accordant with your lookup.

Use detail function to see full order. In the top right corner a subjective rating appears again but it is not only order rating but also supplier (you) rating.

History of changes

Menu > Orders > History

As Order Search, History report search function works the same way. Above all, this function enables you to note, when and which change has been made. You will find the last system changes on the Notice board, so you can use this function if you want to look “further into history”.
