KLT > Clearing

Carrying out of clearing is not only required by Bobcat, but it is also useful for you. It always shows the current status of returnable packages according to the system, including the packages that are only on the way.

At the same time, the system shows which action you should commence (see Methodology of the system of KLT returnable packages).

Clearing is available on the KLT > Clearing card.

The table displayed shows the current status of your returnable packages according to the system with respect to Bobcat. Under the table there is a recommendation. However, always compare the clearing results with the clearing scheme (see Methodology of the system of KLT returnable packages).

You will obtain the whole history of changes for a given type of returnable packages by clicking on the package type in the clearing table.

In the history overview, you have an opportunity to show the history of the last week, month, year, or show the complete history of the movements. This function may help you search out disputable or forgotten transactions.

The clearing results may be exported for further processing in the format MS Excel by clicking on the XLS button.
