If there are any uncertainties in orders, forecast and others, consult it immediately with competent Bobcat worker (he´s usually being mentioned in the order).
To work with the portal you need to have any of the modern Internet browsers (Internet Explorer >= 6.0, Firefox > 2, etc.). It is necessary to have so-called cookies activated and Javascript needs to be enabled. However, this is an initial setup of the browsers and if you didn´t change it, you don´t need to be engaged in this.
On Homepage you will first find sign-up form. You receive your login and password by email after your new account is set up. If you forget your password, just fill in your login and click on Forgotten password.
When signing in you have the option to tick Remember me. In such a case your supplier portal will be constantly signed in. Use this choice only if you are sure that your computer is not used (and can´t be used) by anyone else.
On the right top of the page you will find a link to change portal language, by clicking on it you can switch to Czech or to English.
First page after signing in is so-called Notice board. On this screen the information will be aggregated from various system slices and it is useful to pay considerable attention to, for it is trying to offer you just the information, which can be interesting for you.
In first overview you will find a list of orders, which ask for your action, usually after confirming. Together with the order details there on the right side also occurs so-called Order Ratings. It is a subjective rating for order fulfillment, which is set up by Bobcat worker, and which moves between 1 and 5, when 5 is the best and 1 the worst. Rating is symbolized by gained medals.
Then, exactly on the right you will find a list of actions, which could be done together with record, usually the functions are:
In second overview you will find a list of changes, which have been executed and which are related to your account. Pay considerable attention to these records, especially when there´s a change in an already dispatched order. On the right part of this overview you will find links for the web pages, where you can see recorded changes.
Custom (Menu) comes up in the heading after signing in. The Menu is “two-leveled”, it means that by pre-travelling with your mouse pointer on the Menu, Account or Order link, more functions will appear. By clicking on a chosen function, a relevant page of the portal comes up. Before further reading please try first to display all the items in Custom Menu one by one to get an idea about the scope and functions of the system.
