For the returnable packages registration system to function correctly, it is necessary to fill in the initial state of returned packages correctly.

The first step involves making an initial inventory by the supplier, consisting in proving the number of KLT packages purchased for the needs of dispatching goods to Bobcat, and an inventory of KLT returnable packages, which are currently available at the supplier’s.

Enter the numbers ascertained into a form.

Please pay attention that the numbers are to be always entered according to the correct type of package.

For your initial state to be accepted, we require that the actually purchased packages be proved. Please enclose a scan of the invoice (or several invoices) proving the purchase of the initial number of packages entered into the system.

On entering the initial state, please wait for confirmation of the initial state by Bobcat. Watch confirmation of the initial state on the notice board in the part Changes in the System.
